Magnetic Field Generator for Proximity Detection

Magnetic field generator systems  create precise alert zones around heavy equipment. These machines are often used in congested and busy environments, where workers may not keep track of their surroundings at all times. Pedestrian struck-by risk scenarios must be considered in industrial environments. By setting up an alert zone, individuals can be notified when they enter a potentially dangerous area, allowing them to take necessary precautions.

The MFG system consists of the MFG (of MFGs for larger equipment), warning module (provides alert), and cab silencer (for silencing operator pad). Each MFG can be set to create an alert range with danger and warning zones from 8′ – 70′. The MFG also logs interaction data to provide management with operational and safety risk information.
